super awesome!

great work! this is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

has potential, concept-wise

the execution was kind of subpar(drawings and such), but the story was not bad and had its moments as dialogue-based short. the voices worked well to help define the characters given the time.

THE REAL STORY BEHIND THIS AWESOME GAME

to all the misinformed haters and the loyal visitors of NG:

I am a longtime friend colleague and fellow cartoonist/animator friend of Ryan. I watched him work on this game since day one. I watched him animate and solve problems, rework scenes he was unsatisfied with(which normal people would just say "fuck it, w/e". I saw the storyboards for each cut scene as well as the layouts and immense amount of planning for the entire game. I even offered some help as far as minor animation things go, and made some suggestions, but even at that, he was entirely responsible for the entire game. Unlike a lot of flash artists on NG both me and ryan swear by using FBF techniques for our flash to achieve a natural traditional "animated" cartoon look, as opposed to using motion tweens and puppet cut-outs. This means, that there needs to be an ENTIRE NEW DRAWING for every frame to make the action look smooth, and crisp. This obvious takes a LONG time, especially when you are doing it by yourself. Ryan also wrote all the puzzles, gags, dialogue, timed out everything to music, DID SOUND FX work, mixed in sounds, and everything else imaginable in the game. Then Aaron/negative one comes in. What was he responsible for? the programming yes. which is an important factor, no doubt. however, what is the back story: they had come to an agreement, that he would do the programming and get his name plugged in the game. Towards the final completion of the game (last couple of months) aaron decided to BACK OUT of the deal. HE decided not to finish the last of the programming leaving Ryan basically fucked with a deadline for conspiracy and a half-programmed game. ryan spent over half a month looking for a replacement for aaron to finish his game and get it to YOU, the NG AUDIENCE, his fans, who have been waiting such a long time. After being flaked on by other programmers, neg one finally came back, and finished the game (after a dramatic unnecessary delay) If anthingy neg one delayed the game, RYAN HAD TO FIGHT TO GET HIS NAME FEATURED ON THE LOADER, and bargain with his company he was working for. and after all this, the guy has the BALLS to come on here with his friends and vote it down because he didn't get CO AUTHOR?

that seems kind of ridiculous to me. ryan put in 90% of the work for the game, and aaron 10%. Aaron wasn't there coloring bgs, or every single frame or mixing/editing music in. I am not negating his contributions to the game, and the programming is good and an important vital aspect of the game.

i just think you guys are being really petty over something that is clearly ALL RYAN, and rightfully his game.

That being said, it is an awesome game, and one of the best on NG, and Ryans future cartoons/endeavors will only be better.

what it is.
